Questions
Do I need to fill out a long questionnaire?
No. The setup is built from writing you already have. The intake asks for 3 to 5 samples plus a few optional notes, and takes about 5 minutes.
What do I need to use it?
A Claude account that supports Skills, or a ChatGPT account that supports Projects or custom GPTs. Feature availability depends on your plan with those services, so check your account. The quick-start guide covers both.
What kind of writing should I send?
Anything that sounds like you at your best: social posts, emails, newsletters, blog posts, sales pages. Mixed formats are great. Please send only writing you own, and nothing confidential or containing other people's personal information.
Will everything it writes be perfect?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's AI-assisted, so drafts will be much closer to your voice but you should still review anything before you publish it. That's why you get 3 samples up front and a free revision.
Do you need my passwords or API keys?
Never. You install the files in your own account. We will never ask for a password, login or API key. If anyone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
What if it's late?
If your files aren't delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake, you get a full refund. Full details are in the terms.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, and the files are yours to keep and edit.
Is this made by Anthropic or OpenAI?
No. We're an independent service. Our files work with Claude and ChatGPT, but we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by either company.
